ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT | 1 Full-Time

Department:  Marketing

GENERAL FUNCTION: Provides administrative and clerical support to the Director of Sales & Marketing and Staff. 

REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Minimum of three years experience. Minimum of three years personal computer experience with: proficiency in Microsoft Office required, working knowledge of spreadsheets, databases and other programs. Able to operate all office machines efficiently (fax, copier, etc.). Knowledge of Business English, punctuation and spelling, office practices and procedures, record keeping methods, departmental policies and procedures. Ability to work well with others and to assist the public cooperatively and courteously. Must obtain a Key Gaming License upon hire. Minimal bending and lifting. Repetitious computer work.

deli cook | 1 Full-Time

Department: Food service

GENERAL FUNCTION: To prepare individual meals using grill, fryers, and broilers according to customers request.

REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Must have one year cooking experience. Able to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift at least 35 lbs. Must be able to work even shifts and weekend morning shifts. Cooking and food handling experience is required. Must obtain a Non-Gaming License upon hire.

prep cook | 1 Full-Time

Department: Food service

GENERAL FUNCTION: The purpose for this position is to assist the Cook I, Cook II, and shift supervisor. Safely prepare quality food products for customers and employees.  Maintain interpersonal communications to ensure the smooth operation of the property and promote the highest degree of customer satisfaction.  

REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. One year of institutional cooking. Able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to stoop, bend, or lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to work night shifts and weekends. Cooking and food handling experience is required. Must able to obtain a Non-Gaming License.

wait staff | 1 Full-Time

Department: Food service

GENERAL FUNCTION: To greet customers immediately, provide excellent customer service, and to make sure the customer has a wonderful dining experience. 

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED required.  Customer Service experience.  Operate cash register, wait tables and counting money. Must be licensable by DNGE Non-Gaming.  Stooping, bending, standing for long periods of time, or lifting up to 50lbs. Required to rotate shifts, work holidays and weekends.
